I've been taking my daughter to crystal nails, we all know how finicky a teen can be. This is her 3rd fill, and she has yet to be disappointed! They are great with her, the quality is good, it was 4 weeks before she needed them redone!
After 10 years of giving them business, I walk in for a simple polish change and they turn me away to THE NEXT DAY!? No customer service whatsoever. I will gladly give my money to another salon.
The first time I went, it was ok. The only one that is halfway decent is Jen. But even if you schedule an appointment expect to be there over 2 hours. Stay away from Tony, he does horrible work on nails. My last visit last week will be my last, I got there at 9am and didn't get out until 12:30. Unfortunately, I got stuck with Tony, I could have done a better job myself and save $90. Never again!!!!
The lady that did my French nails on toes and pedicure was very nice but when she did my big toes I felt she was going bit deep on the sides. The final job was decent, not the best I had but not the worst. My issue is a day later my big toes blew up like balloons.. I obviously got an infection from there. Never ever happened to me before at a salon. Now I'm in a bunch of pain from something that was supposed to be a luxury. I'm wondering how they sterilize their equipment and they were super busy so I waited 45 minutes to get waited on which was fine but not with this outcome.
I have a few complaints about my recent visit on 1/15. I asked for a regular polish pedicure and a full set of gel tips. My pedi tech was very distracted and worrying about picking up her daughter as she stated to me, making me feel like I was an inconvenience. She used gel polish instead of regular polish with no UV. Therefore my nails never dried because it wasn't cured. I had to remove it after trying to wait 3+ hours for it to dry. I asked for gel tips, and the nail techs told me that I can't get that because that doesn't work, which is a complete falsity. I know many people who have gel tips. They applied acrylic, which isn't what I wanted. I tried reaching out a few times without reply or an attempt to rectify the situation. I am very disappointed in my experience.
