I came here for Root touch up . My stylist was Monica C. It was very disappointing The hair color she used had a very strong chemical smell. By the time she was done there was color all over my ears , neck and forehead . She did not care to clean the stains , I am having skin rash due to her negligence . Never going back here .
I've been going to Monica C. for over 3 years now and have never walked out disappointed. She is such a great hairstylist and a great person to have a conversation with. You can't have a good experience if you don't have a good connection with your hairstylist and all I can say is that Monica C. makes me feel very welcomed and always makes sure I am comfortable and happy! I made the mistake of booking with another stylist on a whim, and was disappointed and not happy with the results I got. Monica C. was quick in helping me fix my mistake and made me feel beautiful. She truly worked her magic and did my hair as I originally wanted it. I am grateful for her and for always doing my hair exactly as I had pictured it in my head. Thank you a million times!
Late post! After Covid, I was looking for a new salon since I didn't want to go to SF to get my hair done. I called Crush and I got an appointment with Cassie for a cut and color. She did a thorough color consultation and did a fabulous job. Since then, I've gotten highlights and regularly come in for cut and color. Cassie is always on time and very attentive.
I have been coming to Monica C for over a year now and have loved the way my hair turns out every time. She is very professional and talented, and always manages to recreate my vision. I appreciate that she sets realistic expectations as well. I would totally recommend her balayage services.

She is very pleasant and honest, if I ask for something that she knows will damage my hair, she will let me know. The salon is also very clean, everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
