This place of business is the worst!! The owner and employees are rude, disrespectful, no no no talent... they are old and outdated!! They have old clients that may want to leave an ok review but I will save you don't waste your time!! Seriously!! They are terribly going under just look at the salon with outdated products and uncleanliness!!! No one visits here I asked around the town of Attleboro it's only a selected few ...older clients that keep this place running. I honestly can't wait until they go out of business and we can enjoy the new jewels of Attleboro, giant creative images learn how to treat every client with the same respect !!!!!!

Honestly wish I could give it no stars!!!!! But one is low enough, I recently went to this salon with a friend for her prom. Luisa was her stylist and this old lady criticize my friend's hair and every word was we can't do that or we can't do this! The mother of my friend called them and set up the appointment prior to this date sending pictures to make sure they could do the hairstyle and the salon confirmed. Don't go wasting your time here! Also went on Friday April 2023 and the salon was empty this was definitely a red flag how the fu*# is this place still in business!!! Creative what with no vision needs to go out of business and let a new salon with vision replace this !! Please forgot to mention they made my friends cry and her mom still had to pay for this ridiculous hair style....

STAY AWAY! Received a groupon, and was excited to try a new place close to home. Upon entering, I noticed only one manacurest for the salon - but, whatever... I was looking forward to some 'pampering'. Sat down, to be 'grilled' on where I have gone in the past, and why I am not there. This was by FAR the worst manicure ever received - and I use the word 'manicure' loosely, as this was certainly NO manicure. No soaking to loosen the cuticle... only immediate scraping that dug into my nails that was painful. My questions were answered with sarcasm and I was insulted multiple times. Before applying my new polish, there was no washing of the hands...or removal of cuticle residue. I gently pointed out that my FINGERS were saturated with the blue polish that had been on my nails when I arrived. I was ignored and it was waved off. She left the polish all over my fingers and made no attempt to clean them up. What??!! There was 0 pampering, 0 desire to do a good job. My feeling was that she just did not care. When commenting on the many 'bumps' all over my nails due to the cuticle residue, I was brushed off AGAIN, as if it were normal. It was definitely NOT normal. The paint job was just as terrible as the 'manicure'. Uneven, white spots, no polish on sides of nail. She fixed a couple of nails at my request... however, left more 'bumps' than were previously there. I started to feel uneasy, and was getting pretty irritated having to ask for basic services by the individual nail. I could hardly believe the lack of caring, and would have walked out, had I not had a groupon. Other calls came into the salon while I was there, and the nail girl, was rude, badgering the people on the phone asking questions, like they had a 'nerve'. Sitting there while she was rolling her eyes, clearly annoyed that someone would ask about a service and inquire what it cost - was really uncomfortable. Although there were many certificates on the wall behind her, they might as well have been certificates from Mcdonalds - as it was very clear they were no benefit. A terrible experience, and if I can save one person $, then my visit will not be total wash. If I had not been late for another appointment, I would have walked back in and asked if she forgot her eye glasses that day. If I had to take money out of my wallet, I think I would have refused. They were THAT BAD! With all the many choices of places to go... do yourself a BIG favor, and walk on by this one. To be brutally honest... I would not go back even if it were FREE.

Stay away! I had purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure and was looking forward to trying out a different nail place. I was initially a little put off by the fact that there were only three clearly marked parking spots and the fact that the salon was in a dingy looking old house. I drove into the unpaved back lot, parked and went inside to be greeted by the friendly woman at the front desk and sat down to wait. I then noticed the singular manicurist was still working on someone else, and knew I'd have a wait despite making an appointment. At this point I noticed the inside was just as dingy as the outside. It felt unclean and super cramped, but I wanted to give them a chance, so I waited. And waited. And waited, with no word from the manicurist on her status. I was super frustrated about the lack of communication. I had booked an appointment because i have a tight schedule, and if they had told me it would take 20 extra minutes when I arrived, I would have politely told them that wouldn't work and left. It was more than 20 minutes after my appointment time when the manicurist finally said she was ready for me. No apology or explanation. I was definitely irritated when I asked them if it was typical that they miss appointment slots. Instead of apologizing or being friendly and polite (which would have placated me instantly), she told me she wouldn't paint my nails "if i had an attitude." I left and went to another nail down the street, Top Nails, which was fantastic. I absolutely refuse to be the recipient of such poor service. I warn anyone who values their time, cleanliness and customer service to stay away from Creative Images! I can't imagine they'll continue to be in business long.
