Creations Salon in Rochester Hills, MI

I have been to Creations Salon many, many times starting before 2010. I have brought my daughter, my sister, and my husband to the salon and all were very happy and satisfied with the services they received. Jenny Smith cut and styled my hair every time and is fantastic at recommending what will work for my hair and what won't. She is very honest and while there are times I didn't like her advice, she was always right and I'm glad I listened to her. The owner, Jeri, has always been very kind and helpful and even gave me a tip about how to counteract the effects of well water on my hair. A time or two I also had manicures and pedicures and those were also well done and by pleasant staff members. I highly recommend Creations if you want to go to laid-back salon that has down-to-earth staff who interact with you in a very friendly and helpful manner.

I love this place! The stylists and staff are amazing. Everyone goes out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. Appointments are strongly recommended as everyone hair stylists to nail techs are so busy.

My stylist, Lisa, is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure my cut , color and style are always perfect. The salon staff are always warm, friendly, and helpful. The owner is present, very nice, and goes above to make sure the Clientele are happy. The prices are reasonable. Couldn't ask for anything better.

I would recommend this salon to anyone searching for a new stylist or nail tech! The staff and manager are very welcoming and provide a great atmosphere to relax. They do great work and are priced very reasonably for the area.

Jeri H., the salon, manager, is very unfriendly and sullen every time I see her. She does not look well-groomed either. Not a good indicator that the salon does good work. Due to her unfriendliness, demeanor and appearance I don't recommend the salon.
