Wrong salon different salon. The one I went to is wonderful. This has some terrible reviews

I had a rough experience with my stylist Cam today... I was looking to lighten and lift the color in my hair. After she disregarded my wishes and didn't care to ask me any questions or talk to me about my hair at all, she then decided to darken my hair. I expressed that I was upset as soon as I saw the color that developed. She made me feel like I was crazy and said that I can't see the color yet because it's wet. However I am pretty sure I know what my hair looks like wet, so to gaslight me into thinking that I didn't know what I was talking about... was very unprofessional and really upset me. My hair is a very sensitive insecurity and I shared how vulnerable + important this was for me, so this just really hurts. She never even showed me my hair when it was done. I had to have my daughter take pictures so that I could finally see my w head.

My stylist did a good job she explained to me she was still new and I completely understand as I also am newly licensed in hair as well. I read online a package was 125 thats a full highlight, cut and blowdry. I had very long hair and was charged for extra bowls which is completely typical. Later that evening I realized I was also charged 35 dollars for a haircut and blowdry on top of that package. I tipped my stylist even bought product there rather than cosmoprof where I could've gottwn it cheaper to help her out. I've called three times bow and they say an owner or manager isn't there to help me with my problem. I won't be coming back bow because of this. I understand if it's a misunderstanding but it's extremely rude to not even return a call.

Overpriced and under qualified........I spent 300$ on my daughters hair getting dyed which I think is way over priced considering their employees are fresh out of hair school. My daughter left with dye spots all over her face, neck and ears that the employee Cameron couldn't remove, she was very careless applying the dye and did not offer any products to keep up with the hair color. She waxed my daughters eyebrows pulling a piece of her skin off since she didn't know how to wax correct. I've seen so many new employees in and out of this place in the past year from going there and using their tanning beds it's ridiculous. I will NOT be returning to this salon or recommending it to anyone I know. Tanning beds..ok. Salon....horrible

paid $300+ for the keratin treatment which did not work the way it was supposed to (a third world country did a better job than Creations). after seeing the results the next day, i called and scheduled an appointment to get it fixed. i was busy in family matters when the appointment came up so i rescheduled and nobody told me that i would not be able to reschedule anymore after that. the day i had my appointment, there was a tragedy in the city and my family was caught in the middle of it, so naturally, i called to reschedule. nobody picked up so i called the day after and explained the tragedy and they told me that despite everything they will not fix my hair. additionally, Stacy was extremely rude and not understanding at all. she tried kicking me out while i was having a casual convo about something else with her coworker....
