I felt extremely uncomfortable as my 1st time going with my son. Hes 4yrs & Nicole had attitude, she was impatient & had a tone to her. She kept giving attitude & kept sighing. She also spoke to my son in disrespect. "Do you not speak? You have a tongue & teeth, but you dont speak"? I stated to my son if you sit still and do good we can get a toy. She said "A toy? Idk about that" My son can be shy and knows not to talk to strangers but he sometimes wont speak if he dont know someone or gets nervous. Which I wont force upon him. I felt bad trying to speak down to my son a bit and acted upset just so we could pay & hurry out of there.

Annika was my stylist and she was great. She checked in with me multiple times during the cut to make sure I was okay with the length before cutting. She took her time with my cut. At the end, she made sure I was happy with everything before leaving her chair. Her precision and care shown toward my cut shows. I left looking and feeling great! I will definitely come back and see Annika again for my next cut.

Let me preface I've been going here for quite a while. I went in today to get a major, but simple hair cut. My hair was ALL one length, and it was down pretty close to my butt. Patty was my stylist. I went in asking for mid chest (6 inch) cut off and CURTAIN bangs. My hair is curly, so I paid for the extra to have it washed so it was easy for THEM to cut it. I showed her a picture of the reference I wanted with mid length curtain bangs to frame my face (attached) she cut the length I asked for and then looked at the reference picture and gave me bangs across my forehead. She then half dried them and laugh and goes (wow good thing I didn't cut them shorter huh) coming home I styled it and there was no even part to anything of the cut. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I called to complain and was refused a refund, and then was told "if you want to come in I'll fix what can be fixed but the too short pieces there's nothing that could be done" I am not sitting in a new salons chair getting THEIR horrible cut fixed. Do not whatsoever recommend if this is how regular clients are treated.

Fantastic!! The girls here are fantastic at what they do. The salon is beautiful and clean, I have had nothing but great service here! I would recommend it to anyone!

I had a really good experience in this salon. The wait wasn't long considering the fact I didn't schedule an appointment! The manager Kristy was welcoming and gave me a nice haircut. The salon is open, clean and bright. There is a good atmosphere, and the hairdressers seem to get along very well. The prices are reasonable. I'll definitely come back.
