Have to give it a one star because no stars isn't an option. I just got home from this place. I had a nice, friendly blonde haired woman greet me at the front desk. I ask if they had any openings for a hair cut. So I was working with the woman on scheduling a haircut. While in the process of scheduling my appointment, a lady cutting someone else's hair, interrupted stating that they would be "potentially" open till their scheduled time...loudly and repeatedly. (Keep in mind I was aware, and even made a comment to the woman scheduling with me, of the snow storm we are supposed to be getting in a few days) still doesn't hurt to schedule in case the weather doesn't affect us that bad. I also would of understood if they called me that day to cancel and reschedule. Either way, that rude lady made me change where I'd get my hair cut in a millisecond. I understand this is not a "fancy" salon, however, it doesn't hurt to be friendly and professional. In my opinion, she should of stayed cutting her clients hair and not worried about me setting up my hair cut appointment. They could of gotten a great tip and what keeps the doors open, A SALE. If that's the manager, I can see why they have a low rating.

I went into the Cost Cutters on Northland Ave. to get my hair trimmed. I found on line that you do not need an appointment. Well I walked in, the girl asked if I had an appointment, I said no so she said then we can't help you, you reall need to call for an appointment. So much for you add. I then went to the Great Clips and they greeted me with a smile and took me right away, did a great job. Just a note, I do not work for either place and do not know anyone the works fo either place.
