Salon had a nice environment but the service wasn't worth the price. My mother, husband and I all got pedicures and it was $114!!!! The young girl that did mine was fresh out of school and it showed. My feet and heels still had dry cracked skin on them...the only thing different when I walked out was my polish color. I will have to go somewhere else next week to get another pedicure. The lady who did my moms was ok, she was 20 min late getting to work (we were first appt) and cussed a lot...but she at least was personable and did a good job. I won't go back
I bought a gift certificate from them that was to include a hair design, a hair color, a massage, a facial and a waxing. When trying to call to set up an appointment I was told that I would not use the certificate all at once even though when I bought it I was told they would wave that rule. I bought the certificate to do the facial and the massage but when I finally got a hold of someone (I was told the hours were from 9-7 Monday to Friday and 9-5 on Saturday not so) I was told they no longer offered the facial through this certificate and they wouldn't wave the rule about coming in and doing it all at once. I was very irate to say the least and the lady on the phone said that she would have the owner call me to work something out. I have yet to hear from the owner or anyone from the salon. I have not been there nor do I ever think I will based on the way they handled this situation. It was very unprofessional and very rude. I've had better service at Wal Mart when I was getting my eye brows done.
I saw Abby... She was nice, but did a mediocre job on my hair & it cost me $85 (plus a tip) for a trim and a root touch up! I usually pay that for full color or highlights, not just a touch up. I didn't even pay that much when I was living in California lol.
On top of this, the last time I was in one of the older hair stylists kept coming in the back where I was letting my color sit and rolling her eyes/huffing at her client's requests. Very unprofessional...
Needless to say, I won't be back. There are better salons for more reasonable prices.
I've been coming to this salon for several years & absolutely love Trish. She is one of those rare stylists who can figure out what you want even when you don't have a clue. She's always worked her magic on me & I've never left her chair unsatisfied.
