$290...damaged, bad color, weed whacked hair. No apology or recognition for mistakes, just an unrealistic expectation that I'd be willing to return to let her attempt to correct it. I'm not sure who would after this.

Beautiful salon, tons of services offered, easy online booking, friendly staff, clean stations, and a relaxing environment! Can't beat that! I'm so glad I drove across town for this place - I'll be back!!!

Coral Salon and Spa exudes so much peace from the time you walk in. It's definitely the calm you need after the storm. The entire layout of the facility is impeccable along with the decor. The staff I encountered during my visit were professional and the owners were phenomenal.

I received nail services by Venus, she's great. I showed her what I wanted and she NAIL'd it. I highly recommend her.

They offer numerous services, so I highly doubt you'll be disappointed with whatever you receive.

Not professional, not good business practices!  Booked an appt in late June. The stylist did a good job so I booked another appt in 5 weeks. No call, no text, finally I called and said I'm pretty sure I booked an appointment last time I was there and then I was told my stylist left. I booked with another stylist and had to cancel bc of last minute work deadlines. I was told I would be charged 25.00 for cancellation fee. I understood the policy from my initial visit and booked again a few days later. When I arrived, I was met by my stylist and got color for my grays. She sat me under the dryer for 15 minutes. 15 minutes came and went and my stylist was no where to be found. Meanwhile, the owner, approached me to let me know that they had lost all of my information and did not have my card on file to charge me the cancellation fee. What he said was very bizarre citing that a mans name and card was in my file. He then stated that they tried to call me but then said they had the wrong number. He was telling me how he was going to charge me the cancellation fee when I checked out.  Meanwhile, the timer was off on my dryer, it had been 15 minutes, it was not on when the owner approached me, however, he wasn't concerned about me, only concerned with charging me a cancellation fee. He left and after another 15 minutes and no stylist around, I finally knocked on the employee only door, to ask my stylist if my dryer was supposed to be on bc I had been sitting there for an additional 15 minutes for no reason.  She said yeah it's timed to 15 minutes and I said yes, that went off 30 minutes ago. I've been sitting here for an additional 15 minutes.  We proceeded to the shampoo area, then cut and dry. My hair never looked so bad! And bc my stylist and another were both drying clients hair at the same time, a fuse blew, and we had to wait to get power again. That has NEVER happened to me at any salon I have ever been to!  The long and short of it is don't go there. Service is poor and owner has no clue how to ensure customer satisfaction. He was too concerned with charging me 13.00 for a cancellation fee than whether or not  I was getting what I needed. He asked me if I wanted to book again- hell no!

Kelley McKnight is fantastic! Her knowledge of color is superior. I have been highlighting/bleaching/coloring my hair for years and I must say, she is one of the best! I have long hair and I'm very cautious of who color treats my hair. I'm new to Tennessee and after reading her previous reviews I felt I was in good hands and I was absolutely right. She's extremely nice, she's detailed, and explains the entire process and cost before she starts. What a refreshing way to do business. She has my business from here on and I feel lucky to have found her!

Venus put a full set of nails on with gel French manicure that was fantastic! She made sure to ask exactly what I preferred for length and shape and throughout the process of my nails, checked to make sure I was very happy. Venus is very nice and an absolute skilled professional that believes in perfection before you walk out the door. I'm so very happy with my nails, they look amazing! I will continue to have Venus maintain my nails and feel fortunate to have found her!
