I've gone here a few times and it's been terrible every single time! This salon needs to send their girls to some updated training. The girl cuts my hair straight across like a 12-year-old Bobb cut!! I even pointed out what she was doing and she still cuts my hair like that. I'm not going back there and I don't recommend anyone else to go back there either.
Run from this place!!!! Stay grey. Have overgrown hair. But DONT TAKE A CHANCE HERE!!! These people behave poorly. They act as you are fortunate to give them your money for poor and false service rendered. They charge rates of true professional experienced hair professionals without having the knowledge, experience or professionalism. I know more than they do from being a customer at a real salon. If I could put zero, I would. This place is HORRIFIC!!!! there may be a couple ok stylists mixed in but it is the place hair flunkies go to die it is not worth the trial and error at $100. Supercuts quality with true salon prices. You will not get what you ask for and they will not tell you what they are going to put on your hair. If i had not needed this appointment, I would have canceled and left. The woman I had was a combination children of the corn meets biker chick. And this is who they suggested. Really? I requested a product, got there and they forced another on me and would not explain it. It didnt even work. But they got paid. This is one of the pay for your booth places. A tell tale sign it is the dregs of the hair world. These folks dont respect themselves or their "craft"/business they won't respect you. They did not respect me. I gave them 3 chances. 3 people. No more.
