I got my haircut by Megan, she is wonderful! It was my first visit to this salon and Megan made me feel very comfortable. We got started right away discussing what I wanted. I was getting a new haircut style for me with some curtain bangs, she took her time to check in with me multiple times about the bang length. She even checked to see how I moved, played, and styled my hair before she finished the last touched up for the trim. Also, Megan was telling me Confetti Crown(the new name of the salon) gives the hair left on the ground from the haircuts to companies that can recycle it or use it to help clean up oil spills, which I think is amazing! I absolutely love my haircut and I will definitely be coming back!
I was rushed through my entire appointment and constantly nagged for having thick hair. My hair is healthy and well taken care of. Julia picked up the phone at least 5 times during my appointment and I felt completely ignored through the whole appointment. I have never left a review anywhere in my life, but I just thought I'd warn others.. horrible service and extremely disappointed.
They did perfect my first time getting my hair done here & the people are so kind but the second time they didn't go up as high or even cover my full head with the balayage and it was $100+ more ! Second balayage was from not even a month ago and i'll be getting it redone somewhere else next month. Disappointed because I know the work they can do is amazing.
Owner was very helpful with refund regarding the issue my daughter had with being overcharged. She refunded and talked to me in detail about the situation :)
