I was looking to clean up a haircut that had grown out and was getting more difficult to manage. I made an appointment online the day before and came in late morning for my cut with Sophia. She was so friendly and welcoming; I ended up having a lot of fun during the cut itself. She took in what I wanted out of this cut and provided me with her professional advice based on what goals I had for my hair before starting. I saw her explanation of what she would do with my hair come to life over the course of the cut and I could not be more pleased. She was so skillful at taking the boxiness I was experiencing down to a more sleek and stylish hairstyle. I love my new look and feel so refreshed. Parking was abundant (meters and neighborhood) which was a definite plus. If you're looking for a knowledgeable professional who helps you learn to really enjoy your hair, I can't recommend Sophia enough.

As in other hair salons, they would not make a conversation with me, except here. I truly felt welcome inside. Sophia, my hair dresser, has several haircutting techniques and has this crazy layering ability to match any photo example given.

Let me just say, I've been an unnatural blonde as long as I can remember - Kari is by far the best at her craft when it came to tuning up my blonde hair. I've never had someone so professional, caring and trustworthy who knew exactly what I needed. Melissa also trimmed by bangs and I'm OBSESSED with the results. If you're looking for an amazingly comforting environment with talented (and KIND) professionals, look no further. I cannot wait to go back!!! I'm telling everyone I know about this joint!
