COLORPERFECT SALON & SPA in Santa Clarita, CA

The worst experience ever. The owner/stylist burned my hair. Literally singed to a crisp from root to ends from a perm. She played it off as if it turned out great. She sent me off with soaking wet hair saying "don't blow dry or it'll frizz". She refused to acknowledge it. Praising the whole time that "it looks great". The worst part, after I called her on it, she not only refused to refund my money but she never even apologized. Highly recommend you not let her near your hair.

I would give a thousand negative stars if I could. Whatever you do, do NOT go here! Besides the outrageous prices she charges (which I don't get where she gets off charging these insane amounts as clearly she has no training or experience) you will leave with broken damaged hair that looks like a 5 year old colored it. I had to find someone else that thankfully was able to fix this mess but it's going to be a long time before my hair grows out from all the damage

BUYER BEWARE!! My husband and daughter set up an appoinment with Josephine at the end of November 2021 for my daughter to have the lower half of her hair colored maroon. My daughter has shoulder length hair and is a brunette. At the time of the appointment, my husband was given a cost estimate of $250 for the color (without bleaching) and $500 for color with bleaching. Unfortunately I was working at the time and they were not able to consult with me as to whether that was an "appropriate cost" for the service. After an hour and 15 minutes, my daughter's hair was colored as she wanted - no haircut. That evening when I heard the price of the service I was appalled!! In all my years of having cut, color, and styles, I have NEVER paid this amount in Santa Clarita. My mother, who was planning to pay for my daughter's hair coloring as a Christmas gift, called the salon and spoke with Josephine to discuss her concerns with the pricing. Josphine lacked empathy and simply stated "yes, we charge a lot of money". I am not naive to the fact that my husband did agree to the cost, but as I look through other reviews (even on google), I find that Josephine's typical response to a dissatisfied client focuses on how the client paid $250 for 5-7 hours of work. My daughter was there for an hour and 15 minutes and we were charged $250. SIMPLY OUTRAGEOUS!! We will never return to this salon nor recommend anyone ever use this salon.

She oways does my hair very nice and she very sweet I would not go anywhere else she make me feel comfortable being in a wheelchair it's hard she oways make be smile

My daughter and I had an appointment at 4:30 so we came in and sat there until 5:00. Decided that it was not worth the wait as I noticed the place was full of clutter and unkept. I heard the woman that was getting her hair done say "so you are going to blow dry the broken part forward?" Right there I knew that the stylist doing her hair fried it. My daughter and I decided to get up and walk out. I believe we dodged a bullet especially after reading all the horrible reviews.
