I did not have a good experience here. My stylist was late (getting to work) and did not apologize. She also didn't seem to understand what cut or style I wanted at all. She told me my hair color was going to look weird with my new cut. Overall, she seemed inexperienced and not very professional.
Nope not worth it. Wasted my money on a scheduled appointment and was way too late to make a new appointment somewhere else before the holidays or else I would've flew. Super bad management and the worse was service by Jackie. Please learn to value each and every one of your customers instead of doing a fast poor job to get to your next customer. I can go on and on about your poor service here but it would be pointless really. Will never go back for such ridiculousness!
Nail person was nice but I won't go back. Got white splotches on two fingernails and one large one on toenail; treating them with anti fungal creme. Groupon schmoupon!

Never again! I bought a facial package with the previous owner. When the salon was taken over they did so many updates and it was looking really nice. I had been getting my facials there for about 2 years, maybe more and loved the woman who was doing them. She became very unhappy with the new working environment and new owner and left. I was never even made aware of this for my next appointment and still had 3 facials left to use. My facial was done by a girl right out of school and was not good at all. I called after leaving to let the owner know how unhappy I was about not being made aware that my esthetician had left and that the service was sub par. She said, "I'm not really sure what you want me to do about it" and "a facial is pretty basic and it doesn't really matter who's doing it". I would hate to work for someone who felt that way about my work. Hence why, I'm sure, since she took over the business I have had 3 different people doing my last 3 facials in my package. Also last time I went, I was waiting for 10 mins while the esthetician was shampooing the owners hair. So unprofessional. Would never set foot in this place again.
