City Nailspa in Kalamazoo, MI

this place is so awful and grungy not to menion the wierd smell in there. she wanted to charge me $70 for a for a fill. but she didn't have the skills to do what i wanted, like literally she said um no in the rudest tone. couldn't even get me what I wanted so I showed her another design trying to be helpful and understanding, with gemstones is what i wanted after she told me she couldnt do the other nail design. Then she told me that she only had one size gemstones and then she lied and said oh wait let me "actually" go look and then found smaller gemstones and then I said, "do you know what it's ok I'm just gonna do regular french tips instead" and then she proceeded to say "nope nope you can just leave you can leave. get out of hee" rudest service ever I would never recommend this place to anybody you would definitely be saving yourself a trip and some money. Definitely a zero out of 10 and I'm very disappointed.

After getting protocol information and booking an appointment. I went and had a girls day with my mom. We were in quickly and they took their time with our nails. Although we did book ahead. Walk-ins are available. If more than the allotted amount of people come in. They get their numbers and call them when they are almost done with a person. I love our nails~ also this place is popular. Call ahead of you can.

Sam is an amazing nail tech. Ever since I was told about this place a year ago I refuse to go anywhere else. No one can clean up your nails like Sam. Love the environment and professionalism. It gets busy but I suggest going during the day on a weekday it's not a lot of traffic.

Great place I Refuse to go anywhere else. Sam is great and amazing conversation. I've been going for a while but within the first few month they new me by name. I have had a baby during these years and every time I come in Linda is demanding and update on my son. I've never been to a place where I felt so comfortable and like family!

Love this little place. Went in after work with a coworker of mine. She's is a regular there and wanted to introduce me to this shop. Was a little busy when we got there but I sat and waited for my turn. The wait was long but only because there was two of them working . Which I understood my wait . But once it was my turn, the woman came right over and set up my nails with speed and ease. I was quite impressed with her work throughout. By the end my nails were perfect!!! And I've gone to many shops to find someone that gives me my nails just the way I like em. Safe to say I've found my shop!!
