Last year around Christmas time I went to get Christmas grinch nails they were super duper simple. Well they got the background color right but they but HELLO KITTY STICKERS on my nails!!!! WHY!?!?!?!? I also went to get a plain white done and they made it a pink instead of white. I AM DONE WITH THEM they also ruined my toe nails when I wanted red! This place just needs to quit, they are NOT doing their job right and I AM TIRED OF IT!!!!

Can't complain. Had a great experience. $55 for a pedi for my daughter and I. Not sure what they usually cost but I think it was well worth it.
I got a fill for my acrylic nails and they guy that I got cut me and the color he gave me was not what it looked like on the sample. He was also very rude.
My first experience I wasn't happy. The pedicures were short and they didn't seem to put much effort in it. The leg n foot massage couldn't even be felt. They done it so lightly. Had my nails done next and they turned out terrible. Looked like a new student trying to do them. And the nail design? Omg looked like a toddler did it. I went home and immediately removed the polish. Went back a year later (today) to try again hoping they had more experienced people in there. Nope. I wanted nails, painted greenish blue with 3 basic flowers on thumb and lines on the rest. They wouldn't do it. Didn't even want to attempt it and she went to show her husband to see if he could draw them. Nope. No one in there knows how to do nail art. The simplest art at that. Won't be back. My child could do these designs and they won't even attempt to please the customer but just say "NO". So I left. Will go back to Conway where they can do the nail art blindfolded. City Nails in Heber is a joke for nails.
