Rose is fantastic! She is super friendly and knowledgeable, just a gem! I've been going to her for years (at three different locations!) and I can't say enough great things about her. She just has me figured out -- she makes it so my hair requires low maintenance and gives me so many tips on how to keep it healthy. I especially appreciate how accommodating she is with my schedule. She even comes in on her day off to work on my hair. Before I got married earlier this year, she rearranged a class she had already paid for to do my highlights! Most of the compliments I received on my wedding day were about my hair! Rose, thank you so much for always doing an amazing job! You're the best!

i was going to rose for two years now, i loved how she would trim my hair and place treatment and gave me feedback in how i can keep my hair healthy! first two times rose was super nice to me took her time on my hair but the rest of times she would do my hair so fast and always in a hurry anyways im the type of person that love bleaching my hair first two times i went to dollhouse salon sanjose,ca and they fried my hair third time i went to Santana Row came out super better . i never got the color i wanted when i would go to rose or she would just refuse to bleach my hair and i understood. but she will admittedly talk bad how the Santana row hair salon fried my hair! i know its competition . when it comes to hair stylists. Now i no longer go to rose because she no longer takes me i missed one appointment because i got out late from work second time i had forgotten my debit card back at home in gilroy,ca 15 minutes away from morganhill,ca she seemed so mad that it got me mad thinking she would of understood but she texted me comments like " i could of filled this appt with someone else thats not ok" i replied im was so sorry then she replied telling me " i wont take you in again i could be still at home instead of sitting here for 1 hour doing nothing" in my mind i was like no you wouldn't be at home you would of been there doing someone else hair but i messed up for getting my debit card back home . but i did not wanted to text back rudely or argue and just said" i understood" i know time is value and your loosing money . but i just didn't like her attitude that day.

I was a client of Rose's for a while. I could never quite get the color that I wanted, but continued to return, even though she repeatedly blamed it on me. The truth is, after I stopped seeing her I had my hair done by another salon and is current on industry standards and newness, and I finally have the color I wanted. It cost me $350 for a color correction" but I'm so happy and get tons of compliments. Buyer beware. Rose will not take feedback, and she isn't up on the newest techniques and it shows. If you want a basic color, she can do it but anything that is new and on trend will be a stretch for her.

Rose did a great job she knew exactly what I needed at a great price. I will definitely be going back!
