They are unsanitary...i had to tell the nail tech lady(fat lady with long hair) to get the tools that had been soaking instead of using tools she'd just used on another client. OMG i should have just left... got a gel manicure...both nail tech and the owner had attitudes...i had to tell the last tech who's new, I think her name is Oanh to file my nails for the fourth time because they were crooked, and all corners were not rounded.
I returned the next day because my jell mani had begin to chip, the owner had an attitude about this, and asked me what to expect her to do, I replied it's your job, you know what to do, and the owner replied "you go, go, go, come back later" I NEVER COME BACK, and AGAIN WILL NEVER COME BACK. Very crappy service!
Extremely rude and racist! Discriminates against customers, since the second I walked in the lady was extremely rude and forced me to start the nails before picking the color and clarifying the price. The glue she put on my nails was burning my skin and the lady kept saying dont make me mad and she kept looking at me and kept saying something in her language and made faces and kept rolling her eyes. I asked her about the shape of the nails she literally threw my hand and said im not gonna do your nails. The tools were disgusting and its sad that they are still running their business with this attitude and extremely dirty epuipment.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for nail service. The women who did my eye brows did a great job! Out of all the places I've been she did the best job. But because of the horrible nail quality I will not return.
Overall, I loved how cute my nails were....fRoM a FaR....the nail tech kept stopping to look on his phone and that was bothersome. Some of my nails were unevenly shaped and longer than the other nails. Sat in that chair for a good 2-3 hours. The price of $25 for a full set is amazing though and they have an amazing color selection. I'll be going back but probably not to the same nail tech.
This place need to be upgraded. It's a very disgusting and dirty place. Everything is old. The quality is awful. A guy he nicked my cuticle which bled for a while and is swollen. He dug in my thumb until it hurts and my daughter nails had polish on the skin and her nail polish peeled off the next day, very bad.
