My daughter went for the first time. Not her usual nail place because she didn't have a lot of time and it was closer to home.
First off the nail tech wasn't polite and lacked customer service.
They explained her nails are too short and needed the tips to be short which she is use to. But she asked for round shape and was told it couldn't be done. That isn't an issue at other salons. Then the nails were wide and extra thick simulated chicklets.
The top off this negative experience, the person at the cashier asked if she had cash to ensure she give a tip. I wouldn't have tipped due to the poor work and attitude. She paid $65 for a new set and $45 for a pedicure. My daughter said the pedicure was great, very thorough and done well by another tech although a little pricey for a general pedicure but worth the job well done. Not returning

I bought a gift certificate for my wife and they told her it expires after a year and stole my $135! buyer beware! Tony was very rude, laughing about it!
