Chloe Nails in Mission, TX

Today we were treated rudely & had poor service. I'm not returning ever again. They cut into my daughte's skin. My pedicure polish is horrible. You can see through the coat my nail. I have gone numerous times for years & the people there were always a bit disconnected from their customers but I didn't mind in the past. My nail tech was named "Jennifer". She never made eye contact with me, never interacted with me & didn't say good bye or thank you. I didn't care in the past about the rudeness but when you pay $103 dollars, I expect better care to the nail job itself. on to the next place.

I have been going to this place of business for over ten years and I really don't know what happened it just went down. I went in for a pedicure today at 530 and the place was empty. My instinct was to leave when I was told my usual nail tech was not in, but no wait time. A new nail tech sat me on a chair and started the water, told me to put my feet in water was freezing. As soon as I saw him handle the tools I knew I was in trouble. At the end I paid 55.00 for a pedicure that left me with rough feet and sharp toe nails. Oh, and a cracked nail as well. Do not go to this place, it really went down hill.

Awful. Business says to open at 9AM on Saturdays. I was there at 9AM and nobody showed up for a good 20 minutes. The place is so unattended. Surfaces are dirty. Employees hardly speak any English and it's difficult to communicate what you want. I went in for just a shellac. I didn't think a nail place could mess up such a simple service but they sure did. My nails came out thick and uneven. I would give 0 stars. Never again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Chloe nails is the worst place to get your nails done in the valley (1 star because you can't have 0 stars) . After having the worst pedicure of my life (I got the most expensive one) I had to get my toe nail shellac redone three times they offered to redo for the 4th time and I kept saying just have someone else do it and they refused to have Someone else do it but agreed it was terrible and still charged me full price. It was soooooo bad (I was supposed to get my nails done too as was my father who had a bad pedi too). I walked out and went to Glossy Nails, Kathy did my nails and redid what I got done and even gave me a little discount cause they felt so bad For me and all the time I wasted. I don't ever leave reviews but this place needs to train their employees!!!!!! Glossy Nails is amazing, they are all friendly and don't just stare at you and they don't overcrowd their nail salon like a group of cattle.

Amazing job, they designed exactly what I wanted, as busy as they were the lady took her time to give me great service and beautiful nails.
