employees gossip while doing nails, huddle together and chat, employee doing my nails listening in, not paying attention to my nails. she couldn't have cared less about my nail treatment.

poorly done manicure last time, thick and uneven, as another poster said here...very thick. could have done better at home. i'm thinking some of these workers do NOT know their trade. Manager is nice and very accommodating. employees need to be watched. also have had some pain with the tools, not acceptable. rough treatment twice.
