Please DO NOt go to this place if you care about equality. I travelled 25 minutes to this place because I had given great service in the past but not today. There was no quality in massage when I asked if I can get real massage, and they said I need to go to professional massage therapist if I need massage. Another customer on the next seat was given a good massage and I was not. When I asked for massage I was told that is what is taught in the school. Just because I am brown if they threw me out of the shop without giving service and asking me to not pay because they don't want to give any service, it is unacceptable. The person did not touch my feet when he put 6 minute time for massage. He only put lotion on my calf and did not put any pressure even though I repeatedly ask him to. They said I hurt the person who is giving me service but they did not clearly saw me crying and hurt. The owner (he declared himself) said leave you will not get any service and you don't need to pay.
I hope people read my message and don't go to this place that don't treat all people equally. The self claimed owner was very rude and did not care how he treated me in front of 20 other customers.
Probably one of the best pedicures I've received in the Carolinas. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive and is very focused on delivering quality of work.
The price was at the higher end, but the work shows and I didn't have a problem because of it.
Appointments are suggested. I've been turned away as a walk-in before and told to come back the following day.
Very average nail salon. They speak an accent that's extremely difficult to understand. Very high priced for the quality of service offered. Don't ever walk in an hour close to their closing time. They will just wipe you off and charge you an arm and a leg for nothing. Regretted going here for a quick mani pedi.

I have high expectations when it comes to customer service, and first impressions are everything. Extremely rude vibe upon entering this establishment, I guess in some countries it s okay to give unfriendly stares, and I'm not taking about the customers I am talking about the workers, however in the US it is considered rude to show this type of behavior, unfriendly first impression, which makes me sad nc I live very close and new to this area, andI was truly hoping that this would of been my new nail salon . But I work to hard to pay subpar customer service.
