if I could give them a zero I would... don't have any problems with the owner but I do have one with her employees... my first time over I had twist that was done by 2 people the one who did the front of my hair did an excellent job the one in the back did whatever she wanted and was talking trash about me the whole time but I could care less .. I decided to give it a another on July 9th and it was 2 girls the one that was in front was the same girl that messed up my hair last time but I was whatever maybe she will do better this time didn't say anything.. I'm could really decide because I had a particular color in my head but they didn't have it so I was like cool I picked another color ask her for the price she told me $280 for the small and length that I wanted then she said it will be $320 because it's too long and showed the option ... I was like okay let's just go with that length to get it at $280 but same size ... the two ladies started braiding the whole time they were talking shit about me in French and making assumption about my personal which they don't know anything about and which was very appropriate mind y'all I do speak and understand French because I'm African myself ...I let it slide I was like whatever .. at some point it was too much I try to let them know that yeah I speak and understand French so they could stop talking about me and my life .. they didn't care they kept talking shit about me and saying that my hair are ugly they will make it in the middle so they finish faster.... i run to the bathroom to check my hair and the back started to get bigger and bigger and disappointed with everything .... I got into an argument with the cameroonian lady that was doing my hair I told her you know I speak French and you keep talking shit in front of myself and giving ur personal opinion and she goes like I'm sorry I don't mean to hurt your feelings I take you as my own daughter at that point I lost my mind and told them to stop brain ding my hair to call her boss cause I don't like it ... talk to the boss she understood and said she was sorry about that that ain't the first that happened and she told them to stop talking about people... but I'm the one who picked the color and Ask me to come back the next day she will personally do my hair and I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE CAUSE AS THE OWNER YOU SHOULD TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES AND MAKE SURE THEY LEARN HOW TO MIND THEY BUSINESS AND HVE SOME MNNER AND LEARN HOW TO CONTROL TGEIR MOUTH ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF TGE CUSTOMER... GO BACK INSIDE AANOTGER GOT THE AUDACITY That I am PROBLEMATHIC . She got a few good braided but make the customer feel like shit and talk shit about you the whole time
