I've been twice, and the 2nd time was better shaped for both brows than the first. They were hard to "match".
The thing that will prevent me from returning has to do with hygiene. the bed has a sheet and pillow cover that is not changed between customers and there was debris on it which I had to brush off.
Otherwise the lady was sweet and careful, and guided me thru this different kind of procedure.
Always does great work! I'm too scared to go anywhere else when in a pinch because I love how my eyebrows turn out so much here. The only negative is there is always a wait due to it only being one lady. If there is 5 or more people ahead of you you might as well leave and come back a different day because it will be a while before it's your turn. Other than that it's always a pleasant experience!
