this was my first time going here since my sister recommended it to me! I was sat down quickly & the woman who did my nails just kept buffing and filing! I hate when my nails are too think & I love a natural look on a nail. she did amazing & I kept watching her, she definitely seemed like she was passionate about what she was creating! give this place a shot

They typically do a great job on my nails but the prices are inconsistent! I requested a manicure with dip powder & only got the dip. No manicure. I didn't say anything, thinking they might do it differently but no. I was charged $50 just for the dip. I tipped $10 b/c the employee did a great job & it wasn't her fault the owner didn't relay the message. I love how they do nails but the communication lacks. My bad review is because I didn't get what I paid for.

This salon overcharges and falsely charges customers the way they want. Quite honestly unethical and robbing their customers. There are no set prices and prices are randomly made up as you ask for them. I believe in great customer service...especially in a nail salon-where there is another nail salon everywhere these days. While they do nice work for the most part, the salon is dirty and unprofessional. If the owner does your nails, expect for him to leave you multiple times to attend to phone and cashing out, etc. The service ends up being so much longer than it should ever possibly take. With all of this being said I have always continued to patronize this salon because they do nice work - even if it is overpriced. This past weekend I brought my daughter in there to get pedicure. The owner arbitrarily made up a random price to remove some gel polish off of her toenails. He wanted to charge over $15 just to remove the polish off of her nails. When I questioned it, he got irate and angry. We finally left the salon and on the way out he said "if you don't have money then don't come here." I've never been so insulted in my life. This had nothing to do with the money. I have no problem spending money for good service. But I will not be ripped off and I absolutely will never be belittled from someone I am paying for services from. In a world where there are so many other nail salons, I highly recommend you choose a different salon that's going to treat you much better.

I've been coming here for a few years, and every time I have come here the price has increased. It is literally ridiculous. I paid $130. for a French full set. He makes prices up as he goes. I will drive to Philly for better and more affordable , real nail techs. I have changed my mind mid set on SIMPLE (lines!) designs before because he looks like he has an attitude to do them. We've had small talk before but these are things I have mentally noted. He does good work, but for 130$ I expect a hand massage towel and cuticle oil and some crazy designs or gems or SOMETHING As a nail conessouir unfortunately I say don't go here. Also he needs to differentiate lengths everything isn't considered "long" you just make it that way to up charge people. And tbh I don't think he cares about his customers enough to even read these comments, but he should and change the way he few things before he has none. AND after paying 130 asks if my tip is in cash? Are you crazy? the entitlement kills me, you get what I give whether card or cash, what if someone did not want to tip you. But he acts that way with me because he knows I have money. I stopped wearing my jewelry there also.

I've been going to the salon for maybe 2 years now and I've never ever had a problem. I'm not sure why it was different this time but I went in for a fill and to get a couple nails replaced that had fallen off, the nails that he did do look perfect like they usually do. We made small talk and I thanked him for the cool snowflake stamp he suggested. Though for some reason this time he just didn't do the fill on four of my nails or reshape them at all?? Then he skipped the lotion , cuticle oil,massage and the hot towel altogether and just told me I was good to go. I was a little confused so I kind of waited around to see if he was kidding but he wasn't and I paid and left. I'm really not one to cause a scene so I under tipped him unfortunately but I'm confused and I don't understand why he just didn't finish his job..... I paid $60 for this.
