I went to central nails for the first time today, and I'm so glad I did. Julie greeted us as we first walked in, we told her we had appointments and were seated quickly. I told her I wanted Christmas nails and she asked a few basic questions like do you like red and white, silver or gold. she than smiled and went to work! I've never loved my nails more than I do after going to Central Nails! I will be back!
Received a gift card to this salon. Was excited to give it a try, however, can't say I was very impressed. Walked in and the entire experience felt rushed to me. Was asked to pick a color and figure out which pedicure level I wanted. Personally, I appreciate time to pick my color and what I want. Individual doing my pedicure did an okay job. Really nothing special. When it came time to pay, it seemed like an issue paying with a gift card....Lots of confusion. I don't know that I'll return. Lots of technicians available. Kind to the regular customers but not too friendly with non-regular customers.
