I am very disappointed with the level of customer service provided by this place of business. I used Celeste one other time and I loved my lashes. This time I had the lashes applied on Saturday and by Sunday I noticed they were falling out more than expected. I contacted her on Monday to just say "hey, I am disappointed, seeing a lot of lashes falling out. She responded it was due to winter shedding season. I said ok, if you say so. By Wednesday I am now really not happy, my left eye was almost bare. I contacted her again and this time she was terribly rude. Asked me what did I want her to do? Then she is saying I was mad but I wasn't I was only trying to explain what I was experiencing. She told me this is why she doesn't like working with "our people" and that she would refund my money and told me have a great life! Then disconnects the call. I text her back to say that this was really uncalled for, this level of service, she again told me have a great life and she should expect to have a bad review now and ..gn beautiful black woman. I think she needs to be more service oriented if you are in a business. She acted very poorly in regards to my feelings and offering a solution besides her 3 day refill policy which didn't help me because I was no longer in the West Monroe area and back in Houston. I am just really disappointed with her and now she tells me I am harassing her and do not text her anymore. She also pushes her agenda regarding religion and politics. I had to sit through many podcast about dems and republics and Donald Trump. I finally ask if she could turn it off because I would make my own mind up regarding my political affiliation.
