I have been getting my hair done for 30 years and have gone to professional stylists in 4 different states. I always do my research and try to get the best fit and most accurate information. I have gotten multi color full weaves, highlights, colors, etc. It is not a surprise to me when I am told that a price starts at $90 and up and I usually get charge additional because I have longer hair that usually requires a mixture of more color. However, I recently went in to get an ombre color to freshen up and I was told and advertised for $90 and up and I was charged $323.00!!!!!! This required only one color (bleach) and 1 additional mixture because the first one ran out. I had just the back ends of my hair trimmed, no special cut, no additional products. I was in complete shock!!! I did not know what to do. I paid and left. After trying to reach back out to the stylist/owner for over a week I'm at a complete loss and feel so cheated and ripped off with my first experience here in Iowa. There is such little difference in my hair, many people have not seen much of a change other than they ask if I got lighter highlights. I am sad/furious/embarrassed/completely disappointed. DO NOT waste your time or money here. Please please look somewhere else. This is a complete rip off and disrespectful in my opinion. I just want to warn you other ladies out there.
