CB Nail Spa in Knightdale, NC

I'm a customer at CB Nail Spa and always receive exceptional service from the staff. My nail tech is Hope she's very professional and creative and does a  suberb job on beauitifying my nails when getting an acrylic fill-in with gel nails service. I would definitely refer a friend or family member to their spa services.

I always have wonderful experiences at CB Nail Spa.  I get my own nails dipped and the deluxe pedicure.  Ms. Hope is a Awesome Nail Technician who makes my dipped nails look magnificent every time she does them.  She has a friendly personality and laughs and jokes with everyone.  She makes me smile, and always ensures that her work is perfect before you leave the spa.  I receive many compliments regarding my nails.  So go check out Ms. Hope at CB Nail Spa.

I will never go back. My teenage daughter went in for fill in and design. As we are going home, she is tearful and tells me that she is unhappy with her nails. I told her in the future if she is ever unhappy with a service to speak up. She said that she told the young man that it wasn't the right color but he kept saying it's the color and continued on. I call to the nail salon to let them know. I told them we would come in on Friday to get it corrected since Thursday was Thanksgiving. When we go today, we were told it would be $38 and the best he could do is give 20% off. She paid $70 on Wednesday. Unacceptable!!!!!! We will never go back to this facility. We live in Zebulon but will go back to Raleigh nail salon.

I had a great experience went there with a friend for a manicure and pedicure. I really enjoyed the entire experience. Everyone was friendly I would definitely recommend going, part of the deal for talking my wife's best friend into coming for a spa day, but she said I had to get the same color on my toes... btw I'm a male

drove an hour away to get a mani/pedi and eyebrows done. Was in the salon for 2 1/2 hours just so that my nails could come out looking like shit and my eyebrows half-assed because she had other clients. I called 2 hours ahead of time for a 12 o'clock appointment and was initially told that i could come back at 5 to get my nails fixed after i told Hope that it was messed up all she told me to do was go pay. Didn't try to fix it or anything, just go pay. I am livid. She said that they were busy and that's why i could t get my nails fixed and yet i was there for 2 1/2 hours. Total Bullshit. I've been seeing Hope for 10+ years and never have i received such bad service. Never going back to them or Hope ever again.
