The more I think about this, the more mad I am. I have been to this salon before and had a good result--but it wasn't the result I asked for. I forgave it in the past because it still looked nice. I shouldn't have come back and I never will again. I had a balayage that I said I would like toned and I also wanted to add some face-framing highlights. It was suggested to use permanent color to tone my balayage and I agreed to it. And then she starts applying a level 7 to my level 5 hair...ON MY SCALP. I say I want to retain my current level. She assures me it will not lift because it is only 10 volume. This would be true if she was applying it on color treated hair but not my virgin regrowth. Boom! Orange roots. Then she leaves the actual toner on my new highlights all of about a minute so they are BRIGHT YELLOW. Of course, the salon is so dark that it is impossible to tell how bad everything is until you get into decent lighting. The second I looked at my hair in the car mirror, I could have cried. In addition to this, the cut was bad. Shorter than what I asked for and an inch longer on my left side. I would never allow someone who's ruined my hair enough "fix" it, so I went to Sally's and just colored over the whole mess. Now I'm out $300+ a 25% tip. Do not trust the lighting in that salon! Worst salon experience of my life.

I needed to get my hair foiled and I Found the closest to where I Live. I called up catwalk and and I made an appointment which was was only 2 days From then and I was happy to get a fast appointment. I have no idea what to expect but I will say I was very it's very happy Was the closest to my home and that I decided to try it out. I really had a relaxing experience and trusted my stylist completely. I was really pleased with the outcome of the color and the curls she put in my hair was a bonus. I ended up with a great day and a new place to get my hair done for now on. Price was way less than the last place I went and had a partial foil and cut. I got a full foil and cut at catwalk and the price was way less than my other place I went. I will definitely be going back for my hair needs!!

Scheduled an appointment for a haircut after I fried my long hair with back to back bleaching. Stefani didn't judge my hair adventures and gave me a great chin length bob with face framing layers. My hair is MUCH healthier now and I'll definitely be back.

I had one appointment here after moving to Washington state. I loved the cut/color and the girl was super sweet and professional but I never returned after that one visit. This business is highly overpriced. I was able to find a comparable salon that charges half the cost for the same work.

My hair was really long and I was looking for a new look. I decided to get a bob. I called Catwalk and Carly was available to take me. She did a really great job and made the whole experience pleasant! I definitely will be rescheduling with Carly when I'm ready for my trim!
