Glenn has memorized my hair and knows just what to do. I always leave looking good, and in a GREAT mood because Glenn is fun to speak with, on any subject. There are also many other excellent, experienced stylists at this salon, who can customize to your needs.

I have always felt so welcome at Catonsville Hair Company. Recently I had my hair washed by the owner Glenn Boller who asked if he could wash my hair for the shop was bustling with new clients who had come in that morning too. I gladly accepted his offer and wow. What a pampering shampoo I was given. . Glenn Boller is a hands-on owner and takes care of his staff and clients. Every appointment I am there; he makes sure his customers are asked if they wish to have the delicious homemade desserts he gets from Sugar Bakers Bakery located in Catonsville and they are luscious with a variety of pies and various cakes cupcakes etc. The shop offers both the desserts and freshly brewed coffee to all of its customers all complimentary too. I can't say enough how special this shop is and its a real find too. Complimentary parking is outside in the lot. One can feel the warmth of the staff, the laughter of the clients engaging with each other and the welcoming by the owner as each person arrives and leaves.

I called during hours of operation, and got a recording. What kind of service business can't answer the phone to provide pricing, which I couldn't find on the site? I never received a return call, either. Actually glad I didn't patronize this business; there's so much competition in this industry, and I'm surprised this even happened.

I booked a haircut with Glenn. I arrived on time & there was no wait. He took the time to get to know me and what I wanted. He cut my hair then a lovely lady started blow drying. I have a lot of hair, so I expect the first time to take a while, but this seemed like it was off to a slow start & I was stressed about time for an event today. Glenn came to help and so did another. It was wonderful to see such teamwork in a generally competitive industry. The vibe in the salon is so uplifting and positive. They got me out of there faster to help me meet my time goals. I rarely ever walk out of a salon on the first visit looking perfect. Usually it takes a couple of visits till they get used to the volume. I like how I look today. My hair is soft and full not flat and I had a great time. Can't wait to go back.

I was suggested this place by a family member. I have a pixie haircut that needed just a shape up. When I called I specifically asked for someone that knew how to cut pixie hairstyles. They assigned a stylist. I come in today, (appointment was at 2:30pm), and showed my stylist a photo I have of myself with my hair done and so she knew I how I wanted my hair to go back to. I do need to make the note that she was very nice, friendly and talkative but I am having an emotional breakdown... She cut half of my hair off and I understand every stylist has their own way to achieve a haircut but how I look now is nowhere near close to what I showed her. I spent $40 in a haircut that I feel miserable in. As soon as my hair was done I paid and left because I needed to go back to work. I'm not happy on how she cut my hair and I assure you that I won't return to this hair salon. They shouldn't lie, they should be honest when a person ask if they have a stylist that knows how to cut pixie hair styles. I might as well keep paying $70 and go back to my regular stylist downtown.
