Casey's Salon in Maple Grove, MN

Since I have no I idea what kind of quality service this place has I'll just say it's probably about 2-3 stars since when I called they answered the phone, "hello" I was a little perplexed and asked, "is this Casey's Salon?" Response, "yes." Me, "Ummm... never mind." ThenI called another location in Maple Grove that answered the phone professionally and even called me back when they had a cancellation to move my appointment up. Again have no idea how there hair service is but if your front line people don't even know how to answer a phone... ??

This is a late review, but Casey saved my hair's life. I had tried bleaching my hair at home and it was a disaster! I had some parts of my hair bleached and others weren't. I went to Casey's to finally fix my hair and she made it look great! She used toner and made it look like highlights, I am so thankful for that girl because my hair looked like some spotted leopard fur thanks Casey!

I was recommended by a friend to go to Casey for the best male haircut, and I've been going back every time for almost a year. Casey is kind, accommodating, and skillful, whether you want a perm or a simple cut. She asks if you are happy with how the cut went at the end, and she never makes you feel bad if you want something more done (so speak up!). I rarely have to wait to be seen with an appointment. I always schedule my next appointment before I leave because her schedule fills up very quickly. It was always easy to reschedule with a phone call if something came up. Reasonable price too, but you should ask ahead of time. Added perks of staying open to 9pm on most days and Casey being bilingual in English and Korean.

Nine months ago I went to Casey to get a digital perm done on my hair. At first I was skeptical to see if it would last, but now after nine months I can say for sure it does. Casey is a professional in her field, she is the only one in the twin cities I can find who can do digital perm. The few hours that she worked on my hair, she was very sweet and patient. Actually, at one point I got so hungry and Casey even gave me some snack :) The place is clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend her, and I am coming back for sure.

Do not I repeat do not have Casey cut your hair. For as many years as she claims to have cut hair I don't know what the hell she did to my hair . I will never go again. Not only is it completely uneven she chopped off so much of my thickness in different ways trying to do layers that now it has this crimp in the back that I can't get rid of and you can see parts of my scalp . You get what you pay for and that is why her haircuts are so cheap . Very disappointed it's gonna take forever to regrow the mess she caused . I wouldn't even give her 1 star ... please heed my advice and turn around. I would have gotten a better cut from Fantastic Sams
