Just have to stop by to say Stephanie is fantastic! She gave me the haircut of a lifetime today. She took a boring medium length haircut and turned it into a stellar chic do. Not only was the cut superb but she is a doll! So happy to have found these lovely people and look forward to coming back! Thanks Stephanie :)

I am attending a wedding in Beacon in the fall. Called salon & left a message requesting appointment - never heard back from them. Then emailed salon to make appointment- never heard from them. Lesson I learned over the years is that a place is only as good as it's management.

I had my first experience with Campbell and Campbell Salon today! Nicole really listened to me and gave me the most perfect haircut! I definitely will be going back!

Do not use this salon for your wedding. 1) they were late - I had said multiple times in email leading up to the day and on the day of that we all needed to be ready by 4:15 and Stephanie assured me this would be no problem. We had about 4.5 hours to get 9 ladies ready so we agreed to have 2 stylists there for the duration, which Stephanie said would be more than enough time. Then, her husband/partner showed up 1.5 hours late so for the first 1.5 hours we only had 1 stylist working. I expressed concern and triple checked that she was planning to have us all done by 4:15. I wanted to trust her as a professional, but by 4:30 they were still working on the last ladies. We had to rush through the last lady and putting my veil on to get done by 4:45. This cut into 30 minutes of my pictures and caused anxiety for me and my bridesmaids. 2) because at that point we were running 30 minutes late, and just had 30 minutes left before the ceremony was set to start, I did not have time to deal with payment in cash for all of the services right then as she required. She had my credit card on file already and had already charged me a deposit. So I simply said, I would pay her the cash tomorrow, or if she wanted to charge my credit card in the meantime she could. It was just not the time to start counting out and dealing with $1000 of cash - we needed to get out the door to keep the rest of the evening on track. Instead of taking any responsibility for being late and having any consideration for keeping this big day positive and happy, they denied being late and scoffed at the idea of receiving the cash the next day. My bridesmaids and photographers shuffled me out the door anyway. 3) while I was at my wedding brunch the next morning, I started receiving calls and texts from her demanding her money now and telling me that I was being selfish for not having already paid. Again, no consideration for the fact that it was the morning after my wedding and I still had all of my family and friends at a brunch that I was not going to leave to pay her. I told her I would be there around noon and even offered to meet her elsewhere later that afternoon if more convenient. 4) when my mom and I went to drop off the cash around noon the next day they had the audacity to charge a $100 "late" fee because we did not pay the day before and were incredibly rude. We paid it because we were just done with letting their negative energy deep into our happy weekend, it was ridiculous. In a nutshell, The owner and her husband just do not have the attitude that you will want to be around and work with on such a special day. Of all the vendors we worked with for our wedding, everyone else was gracious and wanted to make our wedding easy - the one dark mark on the weekend was my experience with this salon. Everything from demanding to be paid in cash in the first place, to their lateness, to their rude text messages are just not things you want to deal with on your wedding.

Wow, just wow! I was so excited to find this salon right here in the area, having searched for stylists with NYC experience. The salon is really beautiful and my stylist Stephanie listened, made great suggestions and gave me a gorgeous haircut. I will be returning many times. I highly recommend making this your salon too.
