Went in this business at approximately 5pm (they close at 6:30). First she asked me what I wanted to do to my nails and if I needed a refill. I told her I would like for them to be redone and she proceeds to tell me she cannot do nails. Only pedicures as a woman sat getting her nails done. Then the other lady spoke up claiming someone left for the day. Offered to do pedis only with an hour and half left before closing. Poor customer service!

I got my nails done here after Christmas and they had their problems already, so I go in to get a refill and the nail tech filed some length off.... Before gel polish was even put on I pointed out the issues with the shape of the nails because clearly parts had been over filed and the tops over drilled making a ridge and I was told that that was the old nail and she can't fix the old nail... okay... then I get my gel which is lumpy but I'm just trying to get home... well several parts were under cured... so I go back because I just spent money here and if I go somewhere else I will have to shell out another $40+.... So she just puts MORE gel base, color and top on top of the other 4 layers of product. So now my thumb nail on one side is shaped like something out of a geometry book and the left one looks like it's made of play dough. And NEITHER ONE IS FULLY CURED. So. Don't go here if you want your nails all to be shaped the same.
I had gone in today while I was in Lafayette, when I entered, i looked at the prices and thought this was reasonable, while I was getting nails done, technician mentioned that the price reflected on their price list was an old price list, I said I was getting what I was getting because of THAT price list, sounds like a bait & switch to me. I reluctantly gave her the 40.00 for a set of acrylics, Also, a couple of my nails are crooked. Will I be back, it's doubtful, maybe their other location has prices that reflect the TRUE prices and check to see if nails are straight.
I'm not from this area but was shopping and decided to stop in. I got a gel pedicure and Tran did an AMAZING job!! She was very thorough and took her time. By far one of the best manicures I have received. I was skeptical because of the reviews but happy I waited. I wanted to give them a nice review to encourage others to support them.
