This is the BEST place I'll never go anywhere else. I went to a nail salon down the the street and I put my feet in the water and my toe nail fell off twice in another salon. I love Doi and April the BEST friendly service too

I walked in on a fluke because my family and I are staying at the Marriott down the street. Soon as I walked in I noticed I was the only customer, so I figured it probably wasn't the best nail shop in town. But since my gel manicure started to chip I decided to stay. BIG MISTAKE. I don't know what was worse-- the lady making the pedicure water extremely hot--so hot that I told her and she responded with an attitude. Then she acted as if she couldn't remove the regular nail polish from my toes-- pouring remover all over and not attempting to rub the polish off. Ultimate disrespect was when she got up from my feet (because she didn't want to remove the polish) and came and sat next to me and asked "are you going to get your nails done or play on the phone"- I said excuse me? I was totally confused by her statement I replied "I'll stay on my phone, I won't be needing your service". As a Paying customer I've never been so disrespected.

I wish I could give zero stars because that is what I would give! This is the worst nail salon I have ever been too. The staff were rude and there were only 2 people there, when others came in behind me they rushed my services. I sat down and texted a friend and when the pedicure was over I looked at my phone and it was exactly 10 mins!!! They expected me to pay 35.00 for this. When I told them I would pay 10 they started yelling at me, the woman who gave me the pedicure got out of her chair with another customer sitting there and started screaming at me and saying she gave me 30 mimutes. I am 3 months pregnant and have been waiting 2 weeks for a day off and time to get a pedicure. I am a floor nurse and am on my feet all day for 13 hrs. It was majoy
