Caitlin is the best. I have gone to her 5+ times and have walked out ecstatic every time. Her blonde work is amazing and now that I have been trying out going a bit darker she has been so great at walking me through what she is going to do and addressing any concerns I have.

Please, please avoid the worst hair mistake you will make. This girl destroyed my head. Not just my hair, my actual head.

I have had extensions for 9 months. Never had any problems until I came to her. It's been two weeks since I had extension maintenance. I have had two beads fall out. The entire back section of my hair is almost detached from my head. The front left section came off my head, sticks straight out, and left a bald bleeding patch of skin. How does that even happen? Then I noticed that everywhere she attached the extensions, the skin is red, irritated, and there are areas with scabs. On my head.

I called her to tell her all this, and she told me it sounded very suspicious to her. That she didn't believe me. I told her I could come in and show her and send her pictures, she told me she was busy and on vacation for the next two weeks and was going to let me go now. Then she hung up on me.

I don't even know if I need to go to another stylist to fix this. I might need like a full-on dermatologist or idk what else. I am like panicked about it, and she wouldn't even give me the consideration to listen to a customer complaint. I had to call my bank to stop the charge because she was just going to take my money. Knowing full-well I was going to have to go in and out another person to try to fix her horrible mess.

And FYI: was trying to charge me $400 for another row of extension. That is double what you pay anywhere else.

This girl should not be allowed to touch another head. I truly cannot believe she left me like this, or that she has her own business.

She provided a quote and time estimate for how long I'd be at the salon so there were no surprises. We booked my appt., and now I have a fresh look that I am OBSESSED with! Her color work is fabulous - I'm incredibly impressed with the dimension her color has given to my blonde hair.

Caitlin definitely knows her stuff and did a wonderful job salvaging my hair from the apocalypse of bleach I had bestowed upon it. I felt like any hair care professional would ridicule me into a puddle of shame. Caitlin did not. She saw the problem. Knew how to fix the damage and save as much hair as possible when I felt like all was lost. She did such a wonderful job not only with my hair but making me feel comfortable. I love my new color and cut so much I find myself narcissisticly looking into every mirror I pass by. I'm so excited for my new look and I am so glad to be back to my natural looking self. *happy dance*
