Really disappointed after my first and what will be my only visit to this business. Sloppiest pedicure and polish I've ever received in any nail salon and that was after being scammed into choosing the most expensive pedicure option available (was asked to pick a scent--not a level of service). Was accidentally cut by the nail tech when he was trying to "fix" uneven lines, jagged cuticles and uneven nails, so it was time to leave. The manager did provide a discount, but tried to blame the bad polish job first on the "light color" (this was also the nail tech's argument for why polish didn't make it onto the entirety of each nail) but then said the polish was "old." The issue was not the polish--it was the careless method through which it was applied. They did say I could return another day for a new color, which I appreciated, but I declined as I no longer have trust in the business. Thankfully, because the polish was so bad and uneven, it peeled right off once I got home. There were a couple positives: cleanliness and brightness, good massage.

Hannah has been taking care of me here for SEVEN years!! I love her, and I LOVE C T NAILS!! ALL of the staff are so friendly and helpful!! Under new management as of the past 2 months, they have renovated the interior making it light, fresh, and welcoming!! I recommend making an appointment as they are busy!! But of course they do their best to accommodate walk-ins! Congratulations to the new owners!! I highly recommend C T Nails!
Do not go to her. She rushed me from the time that I got in the chair until the end of doing my nails. I got French tips. Her work was sloppy, She did the tips too large and uneven. When I asked her to fix them she handed me back $10 after I paid $65 for a basic manicure and pedicure with regular polish. I told her I would like them redone and she told She refused to redo them. Her coworker ended up being nice enough to redo them for me. She was very rude and walked out in the middle of service. I also watched her turn down a customer She told can come in. The woman complain that she had drove all the way there just to be turned around. Her excuse was that they are overbooked. Because of her I will never come back to this location again.
