Ruby is excellent with colour and will consult with you to get the desired effect for your nails. She did my daughter's nails for back to school, and she loved them! It's the first time she actually felt like the manicurist listened and did what she asked! I usually get a neutral shade and ruby will mix colours to get the exact shade you're looking for.
This place could definitely use a make over. The massage chairs are old and don't work well and it wasn't very clean overall. They are running a special for 20% off... that should be the only reason to consider going to this salon.
