C O Nails in Edmond, OK

I love this place. Clean and the ladies are pleasant. They all do a good o. Our nails and eyebrows.

I had a good experience, the nail tech did a good job. I got the $35 pedicure which was good, but I think $ 15 is too much to charge extra for gel polish. It is usually $5.oo extra

Unfortunately, my experience was not good; I won't be returning. There was no A/C, the doors were open on a muggy day, and the tv was too loud. NOT a relaxing environment.

The massage chair worked well.

On top of my $55 pedicure price I was charged an extra $5 for gel toe nail polish remover without being told.  I feel like that should be included. It felt like he clipped too much skin off around each toe, it was actually painful enough that I said "ow" out loud. The man who did my pedicure massaged my legs in a circular motion in the same place repeatedly while the paraffin hardened on my feet.  The towels he applied were burning hot, I told him and he cooled them.  The hot stone massage was relaxing, but the stones were insanely hot. He didn't even massage my feet (my favorite part of a pedicure!). He polished my toe nails and used his fingernail to remove wet polish from the skin around my big toe. NOT COOL/UNSANITARY. The polish on my big toe is coming off, I think he used too much on each coat.

I hate leaving such a bad review, but I cannot recommend this place.

Worst experience I've ever received was from this salon and the only man that works there verbally harassed me when I wasn't pleased with my service. STAY CLEAR.

I've been going here for 8 years and have never had a problem. Kim, Tracy, Kelly, Tony, they all do a great job. I have plenty of friends and all of my family that has come here as well (to including the boys to get pedi's) and it has always been the best experience. They treat me like family. Kim always does my eyebrows and does an excellent job. They are truly one of the best. They know exactly how like my nails done and execute it perfectly every single time. I don't know why they have bad reviews. They are very honest if they can not do something or if they do not have time but they are willing to schedule an appointment or stay late if needed. Some people just don't know how to handle honesty so they take it as "being rude" but they are honestly the nicest people.
