although it seemed clean i was shocked at the cost. I've seen some comments about mani pedi specials. Without any explanation the bill for 2 pedicures, 2 gels and 1 regular mani was over $200; mine alone was $92. No where were the costs posted. I called to make sure there was no error and she explained 2 spa pedicures were $52 each. 2 gels were $36 each and $30 for a regular manicure. Beware!
I have been coming to this salon for 4 years and I love it. The staff is always so sweet and they appreciate you as a customer. Sometimes I have to wait but it doesn't bother me because I always get excellent care. When I can I always get a pedicure with my nails. I will continue to come here for as long as I can. I always make an appointment every 2 weeks but they do take walk- ins and they get busy trust me you won't be disappointed.
I checked in for a gel pedicure and was told 15 minute wait, after I waited 30 minutes I was sat down with my feet in an empty tub for another 5 minutes and was shocked when the next customer walked in for a toe color change and they looked at me and said "you wait 10 more minutes and we change her color first". I regretted wasting 40 minutes there. I got up and left. They decided a 5.00 color change was worth more than a 60.00 gel pedicure! I will never go back!
I was their last customer of the day and they were closing soon, but the manicurist still took her time. I felt very welcomed and my nails turned out great. This was my first time here and I will return.
I was visiting in Sturbridge and needed a manicure and pedicure. I chose the closest salon to my hotel. What a delightful surprise CK Nails was. I was taken promptly...with incredible efficiency and talent, I had beautiful hands and feet in no time and was on my way. The salon was clean, orderly and a very pleasant experience.
