C K Nail Salon in Rolla, MO

I called an made an appointment for two sets of nails @ 130, they took a walk in at our appointment time so we waited over 15 mins before they even got started and then all the workers but one left so it took hrs for the two of us to get our nails done.

Worst Nail Salon EVER!!! Do not waste your money going here! Not only did I pay $100 for my daughter and I to get our nails done the quality of work was poor nails were not fully painted correctly all different lengths. The lady doing our nails was to worried about the guy do a pedicure for another lady then our nails. Worst experience ever and an hour and half of my life I will never get back!!!!!!!

If I could make a negative Star I would!! These people are the utmost unprofessional I've ever seen! I called in advance earlier in the week for an appointment for 4 acrylic nails for my daughters birthday. The appointment was for 11:30 Saturday. It is now 10 minutes until 2 o'clock in the afternoon and they are still waiting!!!! They were told to sit at the nail desk at 1:00. Only one of them is getting taken care of because two other ladies walked in that had their appointment at 12;30 for a pedicure and THEY TOOK CARE OF THEM OVER THE 11:30 APPOINTMENT!!!!
No apology, no explanations!!! They just dropped the four manicures like we didn't exist!!!! Who does this??? The lady even looked at me sternly and asked if we had an appointment and I told her "yes at 11:30?!"
I will NEVER go back to this salon! I encourage you not to as well. Unless you desire to be at a salon on a Saturday for 4 hours and have customers pushed ahead of you?!?!

This was the most terrible experience in a nail salon that I have ever had! I've been going to nail salons over 20 years.  
First of all, the station was dirty and even had small pieces of other people's cut fingernails laying on it.  I mean, c'mon, how long does it take to sweep that stuff off into the trash after each client??
The man was rushing me to select a nail polish color and then when i selected a different polish color before he ever even started painting, he got all upset.  He was very rough when filing and then cut my cuticle and made it bleed, and never even apologized!  I told him "no more cuticle trimming, just paint my nails."  He then never said another word to me while I was there.
Rude and unprofessional.  Will never be back!

If I could give no stars I would. This place is awful. The workers are rude. They want you to spend a lot of money on crappy service. I went in to get my nails polished, something quick before my date. The man rushed me to pick my polish and kept trying to push off other services I did not want. I stood firm on my decision which caused him to rush on my feet they looked horrible. I was so upset I didn't want to pay, but I did. They will never get my business again !
