C C Cuts in Kent, WA

Went for a perm but i came out with straight hair very bad at perming hair very disappointed

My family & myself have been going here for haircuts and highlights since my youngest was 2 weeks old (he is 10 now) great cuts, great prices and great stylist.

She highlighted my hair-that did not turn out like the picture I showed her but I tried to love it cause what's done is done. She charged me so high & then tried to ask for a tip, which came out to about $145. I left with half of my back wet cause she's rushing since she's the only one working & customers have been waiting. I took off my jacket when I got in my car cause half the back was wet. Next day I look at my jacket the same spot that was wet was bleached -so now a black & gray jacket is now brown. I call her to tell her she argues tells me to bring my jacket cause I wanted atleast $50 refund for my jacket she ruined. She tells me to bring the jacket if I want $50. I did along with my husbands exact same jacket to show how much she ruined my jacket. She tried to say I'm just trying to get money! I should be able to go to get my hair done without getting MY clothes wet and bleached! I had to pull up my phone to video her unprofessional self- I should have listened to the customer that called to complain about his hair she had did while I was on the chair! She took my ruined jacket in order to pay me my $50, which I still lost basically double that cause she still ruined my clothing. I have a video and I plan on posting it if she tries to lie. I will never go to this place!!! NO STARS! You don't even deserve one!

It's my first time for eyebrow wax but my eyebrow turns really bad she didn't remove the wax before let me go home . Its already 3 days after my eyebrow waxing my skin got irritated.

I have been coming to this place for over 20 years. That is because I couldn't find anyone to cut my hair the way I like. She is always very busy. Sometimes, the wait could be an hour long. She does not take appointments. During the pandemic, I explored other locations so I don't have to wait too long. I had found a location that does almost as good. I have been using that place for last year. The quality service has been declining. So, here I am back to this place. Although, there were three people before me, I only had to wait for 30 minutes. Not bad and she does a good job as always.
