Very good experience. Staff was friendly and responded to emails in a timely manner. Molly specializes in curly hair and did my cut left with very soft and luscious hair.

Really wasn't going to write a review but the longer I think about my experience the more I want to warn people. I'm not going to call the hairstylist out but I will say make sure you're very clear on what you want and say something if it's wrong (I didn't). I went in for a balayage and cut. My hair was just past my shoulder and the color was brown with grown out light ends. I've gotten a balayage done before, in which they hand paint the dye onto your hair to get it a natural Sunkist look. What I got was foil highlights that are way to bright for what I had asked for. As soon as she pulled out the foil and started taking pieces of my hair I knew it wasn't right but stayed quiet as maybe the stylist just had her own way of doing it. No. I'm convinced she does not know what a proper balayage is. That being said, I was charged over 300 dollars for what was literally foil highlights and a cut that was much shorter than what I had said. If you do come here just be very clear and do your research before hand. I get you can't show a photo and expect your hair to come out like that but when the proper technique isn't even used then that's a huge problem for me. Highlights and balayage are very different, one is harsh and one is sublte, so If your end goal is a balayage look, make sure to ask the stylist how they plan to do it for you before you walk out paying 300 for again, foil highlights.

I am very happy with the work that Taylor has done on my hair. I have seen her twice now and the last time, we did a full balayage. She is skilled and highly professional. I have been in this industry myself for ten years and am impressed and so happy I found her.

I must say that I had a disappointing result. Instead of getting what I asked for, the haircut is off and my color is a much darker color than I asked for. I can't remember the stylists name but she told me that she couldn't cut it as short as I want because it MIGHT look funny. Changed the whole look of the cut. Then when she finished the color and I commented that it was much darker than I wanted, she said that red fades and she was saving me the trouble. I was going on vacation within a few days and really wanted to look nice. Needless to say, I absolutely hate what was done. She was easy to talk to and a very nice person but someone needs to tell her to give the customer what they asked for. I don't mind advice but I have the right to ignore the advice if it had been given. Which it wasn't with the color.
