I've been a customer for several years now and I'm disappointed that I have to update my review. I usually leave this brow studio feeling like a brand new person (in a good way)! My experience today has made me start looking for other threading studios. I went in for an eyebrow tint and mentioned that to the owner, who was on the phone the entire time I was there. She had a younger girl take care of me and this girl proceeded to start threading my eyebrows! I honestly didn't need threading, but figured it couldn't hurt to have my brows cleaned up a bit before the tint. I should have stopped her the second she put her hands on me. She took out way too much hair from my right eyebrow and clearly used the tint to try to balance the shape out. There was no point in arguing or complaining because my eyebrow hairs were already gone. The owner is typically the one who threads my eyebrows and I just wish she had gotten off the phone to do my eyebrows instead of having someone else (who may not be as experienced) touch them.

They do a great job on my eyebrows. Just wish they were more organized when booking clients. Each time I call and ask if they have any availability for the day. They always tell me they are free now, and when I go there are always 4-7 people ahead of me. I only live two blocks away.

I've come here on several occasions and have gotten my eyebrows threaded by Bhanu, Rosy, and Urja and they all do such a wonderful job. This is my go-to eyebrow place and I don't want to go anywhere else. I've only come as a walk-in and they are always able to see me in less than 10 minutes, even on the weekends in the middle of the day.
