Technician had a friend come to visit in that time, and told me I should let her go first because she had a baby at home. I said no, repeatedly insisted on making me wait again for her friend. Her behavior was so out of line, a customer waited to speak to me as I left told me "I saw what she did and it was out of line. I don't blame you for leaving. "
Beware of which lady does your eyebrows. I always have problems with the tall thin lady. She doesn't talk much and when she does she is mumbling. She was rough while doing my eyebrows and left SEVERAL cuts. This isn't the first time I've gotten my brows done by her and have been left with cuts or extreme swelling that takes more than 24 hrs to go down. On top of all of the pain, my eyebrows were not even shaped right. If you do plan on visiting this location, make sure you use the short girl with the glasses. She is great and takes her time. If this review were for her it'd be 5 stars.
This was the quickest I have ever gotten my brows threaded. They looked good after, however there was only one person working and she didn't have the best customer service
The lady there does good work. She's not friendly at all. I've been to her on 2 occasion.
Really enjoyed my experience at Brow Art 23! The technician was very nice and thorough, making sure she was providing the shape I absolutely wanted. Pricing was very fair and cheaper than any brow wax I've ever received. Even though I live about 40mins away, I will definitely be making special trips for this outstanding experience!
