I've been going here for a while now and me and Flo and I have ironed out our communication. I do like the fact that if possible, she is always more than accommodating when I need it, and she always makes me look like a person again. There's 3 people in this world that you never beef with your parents, your barber, and your hairstylist! All of these people make you exist in this world!

This is my second time going to this salon and I was very disappointed with the outcome of my daughter's hair. Her hair is only 3 days old and is frizzing up. Additionally, when I let the Braider know that I didn't like the hairstyle due to the braids not looking neat and the part that was supposed to be in the middle of her head was not centered, she went on to blame my daughter saying she asked my daughter to help her part my daughter's hair. I've never experienced this with any other braider we've gone to. What makes things worse is this style was for my daughter's picture day at school and doesn't feel confident. I truly wish the owner, Flora, would have been understanding. Instead when I brought the matter to her about the other braider she said nothing and walked off. I felt very uneasy having to pay for this service full price when it was not done the way we asked.

I recently visited this salon for a new crochet braid hairstyle. I was hear a couple of years for box braids which I thoroughly enjoyed. I decided to try wavy bomb twists this time. When I arrived, Ms. Flora was ready for me and immediately got to work. I was amazed at how fast she braided my hair down and then installed the braids. I was so impressed with the outcome and have been receiving non-stop compliments on the style. They are so light and very easy to take care of. With care, I was able to keep the style installed for 6 weeks! The salon is super clean, and they follow all of the CDC Covid-19 safety protocols. Definitely consider Ms. Flora and her team the next time you want a braided style. I have already made my next appointment!

I have been coming to this salon for 3 months consistently now and love the owner. I am always satisfied with how she styles my hair. The salon is clean and she follows the CDC guidelines for social distancing and wearing a mask. I would highly recommend.

I've been going to this salon for over a year now and each time the service is impeccable. I'm typically seen as soon as I arrive so I don't have the long wait times I usually have at other salons. More importantly, I absolutely love that this is a full service salon. I don't enjoy doing my own hair so I love that I can go here for wash, trim, color and braiding. And then I go back to get my braids out and wash and repeat. Ms. Flora takes great care of my hair with various treatments. I get compliments every time on my hair no matter whether Ms. Flora braids it or the other stylist. They are always so pleasant and the prices are reasonable.
