Boutique Nails in Bluffton, SC

I used to really enjoy this nail salon but it has gone downhill in the past year. It took over 2 and a half hours to get dip with no tips and a pedicure. They swap out who is doing the work, so you have to repeat yourself several times. They had me sit in the chair and wait 40 minutes before starting my pedicure.. so the water had long gone cold. My dip color was incorrect. I asked for a glazed white and I got sparkly pink. The dip is thick and uneven, and my nails weren't filed correctly. A waste of $140. I'm convinced there are no good nail salons in Bluffton, and I'm definitely not going to come back here..

I want to preface by saying that I don't get my nails done often, but when I do they never look like the pics below. I ask the 1st lady who trimmed my nails if it was possible to do the manicure in gel with the white line detail and she yes. I even asked her twice to make sure that it would look good and she assured me they would look like the pic I showed her. She left to do someone else's nails and an older lady did my nails. They look atrocious to say the least. They're uneven, bumpy, detail not done completely- all done carelessly. I didn't complain as the girl getting her nails done next to me was complaining to her nail lady about her nails looking choppy. I just wanted to go home because they weren't going to fix my issue as it was clear the other nail lady was getting annoyed that the lady kept telling her where her nails looked choppy & to fix them. I'm very upset because the last time I got my pedicure done there, a few days later they were chipping. But that's on me for returning the few times I did get my nails done.

My two teenage daughters went to get a gel and dip manicure. When my daughter was getting her gel manicure, my daughter repeatedly tried to tell the manicurist that she wanted tips on her nails but since she did speak English she kept saying ok and proceeded to just paint her nails without the tips. My 13 year old is very shy and didn't know what else to do since the manicurist wasn't understanding, so at this point my daughter was just going to let her finish and suck it up. She text me a picture right after and her nails were chipped and not even filed at all, and painted so bad. I was a little upset because looking at her nails anyone would see that they looked a mess. Since my daughter is ver shy, I called on her behalf to ask them if they can fix them and add the tips like she wanted, and the lady who answered the phone said my daughter didn't say she wanted the tips and I find that hard to believe as my daughter told me she tried telling her 3 times and tried to stop her but the manicurist just answered ok. I'm giving this review because of the poor customer service as they were trying to blame my daughter and also the fact that work done on her nails was a mess.

I got the dip polish from there. The next day, 3 nails started crumbling. I was able to go back and have them repaired, which I waited forever for. Now, it's been a week, and all the nails are crumbling and cracking. Unacceptable! I will never go back.

I had a pedicure by Kevin.  He did a great job.  Only giving him the 4 stars as I think the salon could be a bit cleaner.
