The QUICKEST spa pedicure I ever had; it may have been 15 minutes?...she didn't even file my nails to an even look! I've never been treated like I didn't matter in a nail salon. I was so DISAPPOINTED! Never will go there again!
Came here with a appointment at 5:45 for 4 mani AND pedis. 1 of our party couldn't come so we go in and it was at least a 15 minute wait, okay no big deal. They sat 2 of our people with water and I had to stand there for 20 minutes, we had to ask them to fill my water and it was scolding hot I could barely touch it. One of the employees was pressuring my sister (Cindy) into choosing a different color even though she already told him she didn't want the color he was pushing on her and was extremely rude. Cindy ended up getting her toenails done first then the rude employee kept telling her to wait till I was done with BOTH my feet and nails. She didn't get her nails done. The guy that did my nails cut them so short they hurt. I would absolutely under no circumstances be back or recommend this place to anyone
Wanted so badly to love them! They do great designs but unfortunately my first gel set lasted for a week and my second set (tried dip this time) lasted a week again. Not a huge fan- both sets should have lasted longer and the woman who did my second set was very rough and the mani was painful.
