I was thinking of coming here for a full hair makeover. After seeing my sisters haircut I cannot believe a licensed professional cuts like a 3 year old. Horrible service, Rosy does not know how to cut hair she literally cut chunks of hair only leaving about 2 inches of hair. Don't believe everything you see on people profiles. I'm so sorry this happened. & I will make sure to post on all social media platforms to not have other ladies feeling worse than before. This is unacceptable & inconsiderate. Hair takes time to grow. Girls come into salons for many reasons but the main one is to walk out feeling better than before & not in this case.. I DO NOT Recommend this place ever!

Hi everyone, as much as the ladies there are nice and sometimes welcoming, I just got my hair cut this week and I will say the person who cut my hair. Make sure you know what they're doing and not assume they will do a great job no matter the experience. People have talents in different areas. Some might be weaker in other areas when it comes to hair. Well anyway, Rosy the lady who cut my hair literally chopped parts of my hair believing she knew what she was doing. I would show a picture and I will eventually.... BUT please make sure you request a portfolio of some sort and don't just walk into a salon. My biggest mistake. I just wanted a fresh cut to feel good and now I feel worse to be que honest.

I've been using this Salon for years. Rosie and Sylvia are excellent with men's haircuts. Great atmosphere courteous service. Highly recommend this place.

I contacted her to schedule an appointment and I sent her a pic of my hair, a couple of pics of what I wanted, and a pic of the Groupon I purchased. Candice asked me to refund the Groupon and pay her cash. She stated that Groupon takes almost 50% of what I paid. At that time I chose not to do that. I arrived for my 5:00 pm appointment, and waited for her to finish with another client. Once she was ready, she again asked me to show her what I wanted. She asked if I had refunded the Groupon, and I stated I had not. She asked me if I would, again explaining that Groupon takes 50 %, and she really needed the money to make her car payment which was due the following day. When I tried to refund the original groupon, it stated it was too late to refund my money, but it would give me Groupon bucks. As I tried to explain that to Candice, she pushed the refund button, which gave me 127.00 in Groupon bucks. She then asked me if I could still pay her in cash, and she would do my hair free the next time. Of course, I refused. By the time she was ready to begin it was 7:00 pm, I asked if she wanted to reschedule because it was already late; she said no because she really needed the money. (My mistake, I should have left!) My appointment was at 5:00 pm, and I did not get to leave the salon until 12:39 AM! Yes, 12:39 in the MORNING. I was livid! I was exhausted, and after all this... My hair was NOTHING like I wanted! She was supposed to do the color, full highlights, cut, a deep conditioning, and style my hair. At one point, her boyfriend brought her food, and started feeding her while she was doing my hair!! Not only did she not do what I asked her to do to my hair, but she had the audacity to be rude because I was upset! After having words with her, and telling her I would be calling the salon manager, she told me she is her own boss, but Melissa, salon owner would fight me before she would!! When I left, my hair was not even brushed! I wouldn't ever let that girl touch my hair again!!!

Wonderful salon, close to home and great atmosphere. Melissa is a great stylist, friendly and knows just what to do to make your hair look fabulous. This will be my regular salon from now on.
