BLISS in Waynesville, MO

I'm so damn happy I found this place! I saw it recommended on a military spouse group for FLW and decided to give them a try.

I have done eyebrow threading for the last 15 years and waxing was new for me (eyebrows wise). Kaylee really impressed me. I came in looking a mess with yucky eyebrows since we recently moved to the area. I absolutely loved her work! Wow! She was quick but also it seemed like she took her time. She was informative on process and maintenance. I will definitely be returning to her.

She also mentioned other services the office provides so I am excited to get in for a haircut and facial next!

Great service. Wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend.  Visiting from San Antonio, TX and was not disappointed. Plan on going back before the end of my vacation.

Mandy does an amazing job with bikini waxes! Probably the least painful one I've ever had. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Went here for a Brizillian Wax, I had Mandy. They way she had me laying, I could totally tell that she did not know what she was doing, but I stayed. If you ever had a wax before, we all know how to have your legs and she not once as far as I experienced, told me to get that way. Also, when she did the back, she told me to lay on my tommy, I was confused, I say lay flat and she goes, "yes". Now I've done this quite a few times and all the other times, I was in a different position than she had me. When she was supposedly finish, I looked and there was hair everywhere. I had to call her back and ask her to go over it again. I was so disappointed, you could see the hair and she acted like she was surprised that it was still there. I had patches and whole hairs everywhere, she didn't even bother to go over the spots, it was terrible. I will never go here again, even though this is a small area and you are limited to the things and service, it's just better to go out of the way for better service. She didn't even use the light to get all the hairs from down under. When I looked myself, I just shook my head. Why do I need to call you in here a third time, she stayed at my side the whole time. Didn't even go down the middle. I wasted my money, but never again. As far as my experience, she clearly does not know how to do Brazilian waxing. It's cool to say that your place of business offer the service, but at least take your time and do it right or at least learn. I can't express the disappointment in this particular service from Bliss. I have read some other reviews and I go got great feedback on this place, and the staff and Mandy was very nice, but I have to wonder why my experience or service was not Up to par. It's almost like it was rushed and I just can't get over not being positioned correctly or the fact the the inside was even considered. It was like I had to coach her through the process after I saw the finish product, not to mention, I don't even know what the back look like. It could be full of hair because of how I was told to lay. SMH. Never again. I'd rather shave and itch before I waste my money on poor service.

Been going to these ladies since before they had their own business. I personally have my hair done by Michelle and she's does great work!  She's patient and listens to what you want. She takes her time to prepare and also tells you if something may not be right for you. She's also done some updo's for my teen daughter. Always satisfied!  The staff at BLISS always make you feel welcome and just like family! :)
